Crew Credits explained
Only pay for
the crew you
actually book.
You can add as many crew members as your plan allows and invite them to as many roles as you like. A Crew Credit is only used when someone is actually planned into a role.
Your costs follow the actual workload instead of a fixed fee per seat, so quiet months stay affordable and busy months scale with you.
When plans change, nothing goes to waste: unplan someone before the role starts and the credit returns to your balance. And with a full credit history, you always know exactly where you stand.

What is a Crew Credit?
It’s how iQue measures planning. Putting a crew member into a role uses one credit. Unplan them before the role starts and the credit comes back. Credits never expire.
Do my crew members pay anything?
No. Professionals use iQue for free on every plan, forever. You pay for your organisation, not per person.
What if I need more credits?
Add a credit pack from the in-app shop at any time. Purchased credits never expire either.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade whenever you need more room. If you move back to Discover, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.
Is there a free trial?
You don’t need one. Discover is free for as long as you like, with every feature switched on. Upgrade when your crew outgrows it.
Are the prices including VAT?
Prices are per organisation and exclude VAT. The VAT for your country is added at checkout, and you can add your company’s VAT number.
What do organisations see of my availability?
Only that you’re unavailable, and from when to when. No event names, no locations. You can revoke access at any time.
Can I run more than one organisation?
Yes. You can own one free organisation at a time; any others run on Go or Pro.
Which languages does iQue speak?
The app, emails and push notifications are available in English and Dutch.
Where do I change my plan?
Open your organisation’s shop in the app and pick a new engine. That’s what we call plans inside iQue.
